I run varied artistic interactive workshops to help people release old ideas and replace them with new ones.    I am a Reiki Master/Teacher from Glasgow Scotland.    I teach Reiki to students interested in changing their lives not only by helping themselves but also by helping others.    People enjoy the energy from the Reiki and usually find that aches and pains can be relieved as can the side effects of medication.  

I am also a Scottish Artist and I paint in Oil / pastels / encaustic art (beeswax on hot iron).

I run creative writing classes / Visualisation sessions /and teach people how to make pastel pictures of Loch Lomond in an hour.   I have been running workshops and seminars for 15 years.

I am interested in visualisation which is helpful in releasing old limiting ideas in people to help them obtain their goals and dreams

Everything I do is aimed at raising the self esteem of those participating.
